サッチェズカリーさんにて
「3種盛り」を頂きました。
日曜日のお昼〜
所用の為、梅田にお出かけ。
近辺でランチのお店を検索すると
平日のお昼は微妙な距離感で
訪問を躊躇していたカレーの名店発見！
早速訪問しました♪
13:50到着。
先客3名も空きがあり即入店です。
【注文】3種盛り 1,300円也

お店では、定番のキーマの他に
週替わりで、ベジダブル系と
ノンベジタブル系を其々1種類提供
されています。
なので、3種盛りをchoiceした時点で
その週のall star勢揃い､､､
キーマは挽肉と野菜をじっくり煮込んだ
肉肉しくちょっとspicyなルゥ♪
イグサチキンは、薬膳のような香りの
ルゥにプリプリした鶏肉がgood!
ダールフライは、お豆さんのルゥで
スパイス感はゼロ。キーマとチキンが
spicyなのでバランスとしては丁度良い
そこまで辛くはないかな、
と思っていましたが、
食べているうちにジワジワと汗が､､､

水分少なめのポロポロした食感で
間違いなく日本米ではない。
五穀米のように穀物色強めで
カレーのルゥには良く合うヤツでした♪
