好評価のラーメン屋さん。
平日の夜に初訪問。
カウンター5席と4人テーブル2つ。
賑わっていますが、すぐにはいれました。
券売機で食券購入。
豚骨魚介ラーメン 980円
にしました。
スープは灰白色。
濃厚で少し酸味、とても旨いです。
確かに豚骨と魚介を感じる。
麺はやや細く、ストレート。
コシあり、スープと合ってる。
めんま一本、シャキッと。
ねぎは輪切と縦切り、シャキシャキ。
濃厚スープにあっさり感を添える。
チャーシューは大盤1枚。
レアではなく。火は通る。
味わい良し。
大変おいしかったです。
濃厚な豚骨魚介スープがとても良かったです。
