知人に紹介して頂いた「イベリコ豚の専門店」
全日空ホテルのすぐ真裏にあります。
スペイン産のイベリコ豚を提供するお店だけあって、店内はスペインの歴史をかんじさせるような上品な内装と、落ち着いた空間で、目の前に現れたのは、イベリコ豚の足！！この足１本丸々の生ハムはキープできるらしく、何本かすでにキープ者がおられました！
今回コースを注文。

イベリコ豚のお寿司※この２種類は豚生肉禁止によりこの日を最後にメニューからなくなってしまうそうです（＞＜）すんごくおいしかったので残念！

イベリコ豚の甘みと、とにかくやわらかい高級な肉質は本当においしかったです！
もはや豚肉とは思えないです。
生ハムも頂きました。
最高ランクのベジョータ。
目の前で切ってくれます！！興奮して思わず写真撮らせていただきました（＾＾；）
なかなか食べられるものではないので、しっかり味わいました。
今まで食べた生ハムとは大違い。
食通の方、是非足を運んでみてください。
人に教えたくなる自慢できるお店でした！！
