超感動の鱧とふぐの贅沢コース
2018年8月に初訪問。
梅田太融寺町近くのふぐ料理屋さん魚彩和で鱧とふぐの贅沢コースをいただきました。
店頭でうなぎとスッポンの水槽が設置されていて期待が高まります。
先ずは先付。それぞれ美味しいやん。特に鱧でえのき茸を巻いて焼いてある一品が焼き立てで素晴らしいと思いました。
刺身は鱧ちりとふぐてっさ！何という贅沢なんでしょう、めっちゃ嬉しい。ふぐ唐揚げもすごい美味しい 〜
いよいよメインの鱧とふぐのすき鍋が出てきました。えっ‼️何このお出汁！美味すぎ〜です。お野菜だけでも超イケる。
超・超・超旨のすき鍋に感動。私のツボにはまった〜〜久しぶりの大当たり、満塁ホームラン級の美味しさですね。鱧とふぐのすき鍋の〆は雑炊で決まりでした。
その上、お店のホールの女性は動きがテキパキしていて気配りもよくサービス満点です。
感動の味の和食屋さん、ここは再訪間違いなしのお店です。ごちそうさま〜幸せな気持ちになりました。

2018年8月末に再訪です。この前良かったので今度はすき焼きを！これがまたまたヒットでした。お肉がとても上物で大満足しました。
追加でテッサも注文しましたよ。グレード高くて美味しい〜板前さんの腕がいいんやろうなあ。
