早お昼に行けたので、久しぶりに優ふくさんにランチで訪問。
一時期は、外国の観光客が押し寄せてランチから酒盛りしてて、中々ランチ時は入れませんでしたが、今回は座れました。
待つこと10分程度、ワンオペでいそがしそうな店主が作る焼きフグひつまぶしが着丼。まずは、そのまま食す。やっぱり、ランチでフグは贅沢で美味しい。
次は薬味を乗せて味変。うーん、これも良い。
最後に、出汁茶漬け。幸せだぁ。
これで1,200円、北新地のランチ恐るべし。今日もご馳走さまでした。
