本日は海外のお客様の接待で黒杉さんにお邪魔しました 。
実は2回目のの訪問だったのですが、今回は個室。総勢5人で店長のメイン板さん独占。
なんと贅沢でしょう
のっけから飛ばしてるメニュー構成。
座って直ぐに魅力的な今日のお魚や季節のお野菜、アワビぃ、国産(広島産)まったけ… うわぁ… 魅せるねぇ。
初めはクエとメダイの白身の刺身。
新鮮だけど旨味が満載… これだけでかなりビックリ。
でも次から次と来る寿司爆弾に驚き。
こと今日のマグロは豊洲仕込みの生マグロ。
目の前で70cm四方の分厚い切り身を赤身と中とろ、トロと柵採り。見事な捌きで赤酢のシャリの上に寿司が咲く、って感じ。フランス人のお客様は「これは食事でありアートだっ」って。旨いことゆぅねい❗
でもこれは多分自分の食った寿司の中でも1~2位を争う旨さ。
ついつい接待のこと忘れてガンガン飲んじゃうし食っちゃうし…(^_^;) あーでも幸せ。
一人じゃなかなか来れんけど、またこよーっと。
