初めての炊き餃子。博多発祥のご当地メニュー。
水餃子とは違い、スープで炊いているため餃子の皮にも味が染み込み、スープも餃子の餡から出る肉汁でさらに美味しくなるようです。
6人で訪問していたので、炊き餃子は3種類とも注文しました。
一番美味しかったスープに〆の麺を入れようということになり、白に入れることに。
豚骨ラーメンのようです。
里芋唐揚げもホクホクで美味しい。
あとは店員さんが忙しくても、にっこり笑顔で接客してくれるのが印象的でした。
