久方ぶりに女子友と2人で焼鳥♬
お初天神近くでBMしてた煙さんへ。
場所は、お初天神の北側の東西の通り沿い、新御堂筋寄りのビルに入ってます。
焼鳥屋さんって、産地が単一な所が多いんだけどこちらでは宮崎湧水鶏も丹波地鶏も食べれちゃう。
朝引きの新鮮な鶏肉は本当に美味しいですよね♪
カジュアルな雰囲気のお店で意外と女子率高し❗️
ゆる〜くお酒飲んで焼鳥楽しんで来ました。
◆アボカドのお造り
シンプルにアボカドオンリー。
最近、自宅でもよく食べてるアボカド。
ヘルシーで良いね。
◆宮崎湧水鶏モモのお造り
皮目をしっかりと炙って身はジューシー。
程良い弾力感で濃厚な甘みと旨味。
新鮮な朝引き鶏で安心していただけました。
◆丹波地鶏の炭火焼き
こちらは丹波産地鶏。
炭火でしっかりと炙ってます。
炭の香りがして、とっても香ばしやか。
弾力感と締まりがあって適度な歯応え。
やっぱ、これ好き❤️

揚げた手羽先にタレがたっぷりと掛かってます。
これは女子同士だし、ワイルドに手づかみ❗️

スーパーで買っても高いのにお値打ち。
ゆっくり食べてたせいか、満腹になっちゃって〆ご飯まで辿り着けずでしたが、充分堪能させていただきました。
軽めのアラカルトメニューも豊富でリピしても飽きない感じ。
お手頃価格だし、普段使いに良いお店。
