お寿司の有名店・髙橋謙太郎さん！
2ヶ月前に解禁される予約から争奪戦の超人気店。
一瞬で予約埋まるので、取れた時から行くのが楽しみすぎました。
お寿司も一品料理も、どれも絶品の数々。
お寿司が美味しいのは当然ながら、
・貝出汁×自家製胡麻豆腐
・あん肝×シャリのポン菓子
こんな組み合わせを食べたことがなく「どうやったらそんなアイディア出てくるんだろう？」というような創作料理の美味しさに、ただただ感動しきりでした。
個人的には、あん肝×シャリのポン菓子の巻物と、焼きと刺身のふぐの和物が好みすぎました。
ヤイトカツオが全く臭みなく、言われなければトロとも錯覚するくらい脂が乗ってて美味しかったです。
半数は常連さんでしたが、大将は全席気を配ってくれるので居心地も良い（╹◡╹）
コースだけでもかなり大満足のボリューム。
移転の予定をしているようですが、場所が変わってもまた是非伺いたいお店です！
