通りがかりに牡蠣･牛肉の卵とじランチを見つけてフラり
ビル2階に階段を上がるが 廊下は電気が付いておらず
そんな中 入口扉から中の明かり･様子は見えないが
1階に設置してあった看板のお店扉を開けると営業中
隠れ家的なお店かと思いきや カウンター席は満席
靴を脱いで入る奥の個室掘りごたつ式テーブル席に案内
ランチメニューは牡蠣･牛肉の2種類たまごとじのみ
牛肉を注文 ご飯は大盛り追加無料との事だが並で
注文して3分ほどで熱々が提供される(◍•ڡ•◍)
○和牛肉たまごとじ定食(1,000円)
肉たまごとじ･マグロお造り･小鉢･香の物
白ご飯(大盛り追加料金無し)･味噌汁付き
カツ玉･牛皿と同じく 白ご飯とおかずで食べたい派の
自分にピッタリな別々仕様だが 出汁がたっぷりなので
これは絶対に別々が美味しいと1目で判断出来る
卵は柔らかいが ちゃんと火入れされている万人向け
牛肉は脂身の少ない赤身で卵と共に柔らかく( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
ひたひたの出汁を残さず完飲しちゃうほど美味しい
炊きたての白ご飯に合わせて マグロ漬けも付いてて
これが1切れでも 白ご飯を強烈に進めさせるおかず
美味しくて白ご飯大盛りにすれば良かったと思えたが
器の大きさから 大盛りにすればかなりの量っぽい
明るい人柄の女性が1人で切り盛りされているお店
家庭的な優しさの料理が出迎えてくれますよ(^ω^*)
