東梅田でコスパが良いイタリアンを探してたら直ぐここが出てきます。
中通り商店街から路地に入って人気のお好み焼き屋さんの斜め前で焼き鳥屋さんの隣です。
土曜日の18時なので予約席でいっぱいです。
飲み放題のコースなので、先ずはスパークリングワインで乾杯。
①小松菜のオムレツ、魚介のタパス、アンチョビブロッコリー、白カビチーズとトリュフのブルスケッタ。ここはトリュフ料理が人気店みたいですね。
②サーモンのサラダ仕立てトリフマヨネーズ。
③トリュフカルボナーラ。トリュフの香りと濃厚そうに思いますがそこまで濃くない良い感じのペンネ。
④炭焼き鯛のトマトソースと春キャベツのソース。アッサリ頂きます。
⑤ハラミの炭火焼き。
⑥ハニートースト、バニラアイス添え。
帰りにお土産の自家製フォカッチャを頂けます。
凄く賑わってるお見せですが、接客の気遣いは素晴らしいですね!
