小道を入って、狭い階段を登ったら素敵な空間が！
開店直後なので私一人でした。が、ぐるなび画面には予約で既にいっぱい気味。となってて覗いて断られたら帰ろうくらいの気持ちでしたがカウンターにスッと入れてもらえて良かったです☆
後の男性お二人も予約ナシのようでしたがカウンターへ。
お席時間二時間です。とのことでした。
後は予約の方達が何組か来て、流行ってるなぁ～！って印象でした。お店もオシャレで綺麗でスタッフさんもテキパキです。
●ジンジャエール￥350、すぐ帰るので今日はソフトドリンクで…
●突き出しのスープ、クリーミーだけどしつこくなく美味しかったです。
●燻製ポテサラ￥450、一口目しっかりとした燻製の香りが鼻に抜けて目が覚めました(笑)
●はんぺん燻￥420、はんぺんの燻製は初めてで絶対注文しようと思って☆ふわふわ食感とは対象にしっかりな燻製の香りに楽しくなりました。
●燻製チーズケーキ￥450、大好きなシットリずっしり系で２カット乗ってて、すごいコスパ良く感じました☆
しかも燻製加減が✨とっても美味しい！上はしっかり燻製されてて何口食べても何度も香りを味わえます。
また食べたいなぁ(´ `*)！
でも、お腹いっぱいからのデザートだったら女性はシェアがいいかもしれません。生クリームも付いてずっしりです✨(２回目w)
これでお会計が2000円ちょいくらいでした。
次は友達とシェアでもっと色々食べに行きたいと思います☆
あと！コートにカバーを掛けて預かってくれるので匂いが付かない&ファブリーズ的なのも完備されててとても親切丁寧です！小さな燻製バーみたいな所だと全身に匂い付く事もあったので…(笑)

お通しの、キャベツのスープ。やっぱり美味しい～
今日は前回の帰り際に約束した通り、友達を連れてきたので、色々注文できるよ～＼(^-^)／笑
って事で今日はサングリア赤☆
●牛スジ。めっちゃ柔らかくて、し･か･もオシャレ！…ナゼか私、牛スジ蒟蒻煮込みを想像してたから勝手にオシャレギャップに驚いたです笑
●鳥アヒージョ。燻製鶏がニンニクオリーブとめっちゃ合うー！
●チーズアヒージョ。これ、旨すぎてテンションおかしくなりました笑。これだけでも食べに来たいですw
チーズ三種類と野菜がはいってます☆
●牛タン。柔らかだけどコシのある旨さ☆燻製も丁度よくて、塩･マスタード･レモンなどが付いてて味も色々楽しめて美味しかったなぁ。
