発熱した部下の代打で、外国の方の接待で訪問。月コース4,950円で以下の内容。

実は一番印象に残ったのは、コンソメの味が絶妙なアミューズのニンジンムースでした。串揚げは全て味をつけて提供され、サイズが小さめで色々な種類を楽しめます。外れはなく、全て美味しかったです。5,000円を切る価格で、このクオリティと品数は驚きでした。
この日は白ワインしか飲みませんでしたが、ワインもシェフ自らこだわりを持って選ばれているようで、グラスの白は4種類ありました。1杯1,200円～は料理の価格の割に高めですが、1本1本丁寧に説明していただくことができ、串揚げとのマッチングが良く、とても満足しました。特に最初の1杯に選んだスパークリング、ドメイン・オーレリアンが良かったです（泡は1種類のみ）。
お店は二人でやられていますが、とても感じが良く、最後まで気持ち良く過ごすことができました。
