I went to [Agu Sohonten Ono] for lunch. ☆Yanbaru Agu pork Pork Cutlet ¥1000 (Yanbaru Agu pork loin) ・Daily Small dish ・Rice (can be refilled) ・Red dashi (can be refilled) ・Demiglace sauce [Choose from 3 types of sauce] ・Demiglace sauce ・ Pork Cutlet sauce ・Grated ponzu sauce By the way, Yanbaru Agu fillet cutlet (limited quantity ¥1300) was sold out. It's moist, juicy, and quite filling. I wonder if this is because the red soup stock is not too strong and goes well with Pork Cutlet. It felt like the first time. I enjoyed the Agu pork Pork Cutlet. Thank you for the meal.
