京都の店舗と比較すると出汁の味噌感が少なくあっさりとした印象。
もつも丁寧な処理がされていて食べやすかったし白味噌の甘めなのもとても美味しかったです。
数年ぶりにいきましたが、掘り炬燵の席で、ゆっくりたべれました。もつ鍋の味は健在でした。スタッフ教育もしっかりされており、いい店だと思います。どうやって教育してるのかなって今回も思いました。
味がすごけ好みで美味しかったです
