冬になると定期的に食べたくなるもつ鍋。
もつ鍋のお店も一昔と比べると本当に増えたなと思いますが、
その中でも好きなのが京もつ鍋亀八さん。
初めて食べたのはここのお初天神のお店ではなく京都先斗町の本店。
超予約困難店で長蛇の行列ですが知人が予約してくれており行くことができました。
そこで初めて食べたのが白味噌ベースのもつ鍋でした。
今まで博多系が多かったので、もつ鍋といえば醤油でしょうという固定概念があったのですが
それをびっくりするくらいに吹っ飛ばしてくれました。
まずはスープが最高に美味しいんですよね。もつの旨みが出汁として抜群に出ていて、
牛骨ダシに京都の吟醸白味噌が合わさることで凄くまろやかで深みがあり感動です。
それが大阪で食べられると知り、冬で予約が取れなくなる今のうちに来ました。
久々に食べましたがやっぱり美味しいです。
もつ増量・豚肉も増量、そして〆の究極麺と最大限にもつ鍋を楽しんだと思います。
ここまでお腹いっぱいになってもリーズナブルなのがありがたいですね。
また近々、こちらのお店もそうですし京都のお店にも行ってみようと思います。
