Second visit. Kyoto Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is a little different from regular Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). I can't explain it clearly because I don't have a very sophisticated palate, but it's somehow elegant, but it hasn't lost the vigor of Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). This time, Gyoza / Dumpling had garlic on it, which was a big plus for me personally.
