北新地の少し外れの通りの雑居ビルの3Fにあるカレー屋さん。
初見では分かりにくいためGoogle mapでガイド付きで見つけました。
選んだのはスペシャルカレー1950円
2種類のカレーがあいがけとなっている。1番のインパクトはトンカツ！ じっくりと熱を通した柔らかいロースにカリッと揚げられた極薄の衣が纏われている。
噛み締めると程よい肉弾力と共に豚の甘みと肉のジューシーさが口内に溢れ出る！
トンカツ単品でも相当、レベルが高い！
カレーはスープスパイス系で、主張しすぎないスパイス
が口内に溢れ出る上品な感じ。ライスも日本米とインディカ米のブレンドをウコンで色付けしており、絶妙なバランスで空腹を満たしてくれる。
全てはトンカツの旨味を最大限引き立てるハーモニー。
