前菜はお酒が進むちょっと濃いめの味。
椀物は柚子の風味が効いていてお出汁が美味しくてホッコリする。
和牛ロースステーキは柔らかくてジューシー。
おろし蕎麦はかつお節の良い香りがする。
冷たくサッパリして喉越しが良い。
デザートのプリンは黒蜜をかけて。
ほんのりお酒の味と黒蜜の甘さが合わさって美味。上品なプリン。
はれやコースはお肉も鮮魚も楽しめます。
のんびりゆっくりお食事が出来る個室。
お酒の種類が豊富で、お料理に合わせて楽しめます。お酒が苦手な方も、お料理だけでも美味しく頂けます。
活越前蟹の贅沢なコースもあり。
