こちら、北陸越前の美食を集めた日本料理店で、お店入るとまず目に飛び込んできたのが生簀に入った大きなカニ！
ということで今回は、この活ズワイ蟹を使った"活ズワイ蟹コース"を頂いてきました↓

お刺身からお鍋に至るまで、激ウマの活ズワイガニを堪能しまくり！！
帰る頃にはちょっと横歩きなってたんちゃうんかなくらいにとにかくカニを食べまくれるコース（余計なこと言いました）
ぱっと華咲いたかのような超新鮮なカニ刺しに、
旨味詰まった蒸し蟹はお酢もつけて
超濃厚な蟹味噌の甲羅焼きに
最後のお鍋にもカニを入れまくり、お出汁がえげつないことなってました
普通に野菜食べてるだけでもうますぎる
そして〆にはうどんを投入。この世のうどんで一番うまかった（＋1,000円で雑炊にも変更可能）
このコースのお値段は1万8000円ともちろんそれなりにはしますが、大満足できること間違いなし
お酒も進みまくり、最高な新地の夜となりました
