梅田まで映画を観に行ったので、ついでに、久々に訪問。
前とは違い今は入場券が必要とのこと。入場券を購入し列についたのが11時56分。
待つこと三十分で入店。
オーダーしたのは
【特製つけ麺小】
なんと小でも麺量320gとのこと。
三分ほどで着丼。
ビジュアルが素敵ですね。
美しく整えられた麺線に三種のチャーシュー、極太メンマ、味玉、海苔。
つけ汁には大きめに切った葱。
もっちり極太麺をそのままで、胡椒パラリで味わって、
いよいよつけつけ汁におもむろにひたして食べていく。
基本魚介とんこつ醤油のまたおま系ですが、
やはり名店、他店より頭一つ抜けています。
そして、鶏のチャーシューが、どういうわけか、まるでチーズを思わせるような
濃厚なコクが感じられ、絶品。
途中、つけ汁を温めなおしてもらい（こういうサービスが心憎い）、
チャーシューを浸して熱を通して食し、スープ割りまでいただいて
心配をよそに320g完食。
ごちそうさまでした！
