こちらのお店はグランフロント大阪南館7階にあるお店です。日本酒と和食の居酒屋さんです。店名はぬる燗とありますが、ぬる燗以外にも冷酒や熱燗もあります。しかもかなりの日本酒が揃っています。日本酒が好きならおすすめできるお店です。グランフロント大阪には、何故か日本酒を扱ったお店が多いですが、どこも人気店で繁盛してしますね。こちらも事前予約してる人が優先だったので、直接来られた方は名前を書いて並ぶ形式になります。
日本酒は札をつけてもって来てくれます。オシャレですよね。店名はぬる燗とありますが、ぬる燗専門店ではなくて冷酒も熱燗もたくさんあります。最初なので、冷酒を注文です。「紀土」と「梵」です。どちらも食前酒にぴったりですね。そのあとにおでんが来たので、ぬる燗で「大七(ダイシチ)」を注文です。こちらは熱燗の方が美味しいかも(^_^;)こちらは好みかな。アルコールがあまり飛ばない方が良いなら、ぬる燗がオススメですね。
以下の3点をレビューです。
【鶏白湯おでん 御任せ盛り合わせ7種】
出汁がちょっと変わったおでんです。鶏白湯と書いてありますが、白味噌みたいな濃厚な出汁です。これはこれで美味しかったですね。
【信州ハーブ鶏の出汁唐揚げ】
こちらもちょっと変わった唐揚げです。ふわふわの衣替に味がちゃんとついていて、鶏を含めた全体で食べると味バランスがいい感じです。この唐揚げは日本酒にはぴったりでした。
【本日の海鮮あら炊き】
本日の海鮮は予想通りでブリでした。しかも、一番最後に来たのですが、見た目も量があまりのも多過ぎてかなりびっくりでした。味付けは美味しいのですが、醤油が濃いめのにつけ最後の方はくどくなって食べれなく…。
メニューはたくさんあって、写真も一部ですが、本格的な和食と日本酒が楽しめる居酒屋さんです。一品の量が結構あるので、カップルや夫婦など二人以上での訪問がオススメですね。
