大学時代の後輩らと会うことになり、日本酒好きの自分のためにこちらのお店を予約してくれました。グランフロント大阪の７階にある日本酒の品揃えがいい居酒屋です。なんと、開店時間午前１１時から飲みました。
ランチタイムなので、ランチメニューを頂くこともできますが、この日はアラカルトで注文しました。
まずは、私は銀盤純米吟醸の冷を、後輩は紀土しぼりたて純米吟醸の常温、もう一人の後輩は下戸ですので、ソフトドリンクを注文しました。それとお料理は造り盛り合わせに出汁巻きをお願いしました。
しばらくして、お酒が運ばれて来ます。錫の器に入れ、温度変化がないように木箱に錫の器を入れてあります。錫の器を取り盃に注き、乾杯します。それからそっと盃から頂きます。米の旨味、酒の香りが広がってきます。やっぱり日本酒って美味しいな、と感じさせてくれます。
ちびりちびり飲みながら話をしていると、造り盛り合わせが運ばれて来ました。鯛、鮃、本鮪とろ、縞鯵、鰤の五種になります。どれも食べ頃で美味しいですね。日本酒が進みます。
続いて、出汁巻きが用意されます。醤油を垂らした大根おろしを乗せて食べます。出汁をたっぷり含んで柔らかく、美味しいものです。日本酒のお代わりが欲しくなり、出雲富士特別純米を、後輩は雨後の月を注文しました。
思い出話はもちろんですか、皆子育ても一段落したとあって、これから何をするのかという話に花を咲かせます。一人はボランティア活動に、一人はもう一度研究と教育に携わるとのことです。後輩二人の決断に嬉しくなり、日本酒が進んでしまいます。
更に日本酒を注文し、飲めない後輩は、鶏唐揚げ、茄子田楽、天麩羅盛り合わせを頼みます。私は播州一献おりがらみ、後輩は義侠を注文しました。
播州一献は、微発泡で爽やかですが、キリッとして香りも高く、好みの酒です。この唐揚げがとても美味しく、唐揚げはビールだと思っていましたが、日本酒にもよく合うことがわかりました。義侠も頂きましたが、米の旨味が膨らみます。
天麩羅は頂きませんでしたが、茄子田楽は、味噌のまったりした味わいが瑞々しい茄子によく合い、これも美味しく頂きました。ここでまた紀土をお代わりし、料理と日本酒、そして後輩との話を充分に楽しみました。
こちらのお店、日本酒の品揃えも豊富でしたし、状態もよいものばかりでした。料理も美味しく、また日本酒にもよく合いました。グランフロントにお店があるので、ガヤガヤした雰囲気かとも思いましたが、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくり料理と酒と話を楽しむことができました。また機会があれば訪れたいと思います。
