今年初のふぐを喰らう！
そんなかきたてられた気持ちで伺いました。
こんな場所に？っと思ってしまいましたが、店内は綺麗で落ち着いた感じ、２階に案内を受け席につきました。
コースでメニュー注文。
先付けお決りのふぐ皮・・・そんな長い時間造り置きしていないのか程よく柔らかい〇
てっさ・・・二人で伺ったので、てっさをいつも食べなれた薄造りと一風変わった厚切りと２種類でお願いしました。厚切りは白菜の芯をアンディーブ（チコリ）に見立てた感じの盛り付けでGOOD!〇
唐揚げ・・・マジックソルトのような香味塩とカレー風味塩を好みで付けて頂くのですが揚げてから時間が経ったのかはたまたお店のこだわりか衣がべちゃ柔かった△
追加で焼きふぐ・・・程よい弾力〇
なべ・・・普通に
雑炊まで美味しくは頂きましたが、いつものふぐを食べて感じる。ポン酢が少し勝っている！感は否めずでした。
