超超多忙で休めなかった時に職場に遊びに来てくれた
仲良し女子友とまた忙しくなる前に大阪で忘年会♬
場所は、国道1号線と新御堂筋の交差点から1本北の交差点を東へ。
ちょっとディープな界隈を抜けた所にありました。
立ち飲みの大安さんの少し手前、ひょうたん寿司の真ん前でした。
お店の前の水槽には立派なトラフグが悠々と泳いでます！
これ食べるのね〜♬
お店は、1〜3階まであり、既にほぼ満席に近い盛況ぶり。
私達は、2階へ。
1階は、テーブル席でしたが、2階は、小上がりの座敷スタイル。
ここかな？と思ったら奥の個室へご案内いただきました。
広々としたテーブル席で、座りやすくてゆったり♬
コース料理は、一番人気の活ふぐ三昧コースを注文して、どうしても食べたかった白子焼きをみんなでシェアしていただきました。

てっさの肉厚は、本当に立派！
シャキシャキの白菜の葉の上に乗ってました。
白菜もみずみずしいし、肉厚なてっさも食感が良いです。
唐揚げは、かなり大きめのが3個も！
衣がクリスピーでサックサク♬
もう少し衣が薄くてもいいかな。
さすがは、とらふぐ。
旨味が衣の中に閉じ込められていてジュワーッと広がります。
白子焼きは、塩焼きと醤油焼きを一皿ずつ。
ふるふる、とろとろ〜❤︎
表面の焼きが入った所と中身の食感の違いがたまりません♬
銅板焼きが、この日一番の感動！
銅板の上にめちゃくちゃたっぷりのにんにくスライスを敷き詰め、ぶつ切りのフグを次々と乗せて蒸し焼き。
辛めのタレの上にまた一味唐辛子を振って仕上げ。
これがもうたまらん美味しさで、どハマりしました❤︎
フグオンリーで、パクパク食べれる贅沢感ハンパないって(*≧∀≦*)
にんにくの香ばしさと辛みがホントに良いあんばい。
フグの中にも染みて、旨味が倍増♬♬

さっきとは違ってあっさりと良い口直し。
野菜もザクザク入ってホッコリ。
ポン酢がかなり美味しくてビックリ。
買って帰りたいほど。

久しぶりにふぐ料理をいろいろ堪能させていただきました。
こちらのお店は、日本酒の品揃えもなかなか豊富。
日本酒好きのスタッフの方がおられて、ご推奨のお酒を紹介してくださって、1合をみんなでシェアしていただきました。
