I went to Restaurants area in Lucua. It was about 11 o'clock when they opened. Some restaurants were already lined up. I know the name of the restaurant, but I've never been there before. Maisen seemed to be empty, so I decided to go in. There was a table for two. I had decided on the loin, but there were three types of pork: black pork, brown pork, and regular brown pork.I tried the brown pork.I changed the miso soup to pork soup.I think it was 130g, but it was too big for me. When I look at it, the right side seems to have a lot of fat. Is this the first time I've had Chami pork? It's soft and delicious. You can have free refills of rice, miso soup, and cabbage. But on this day, I was able to enjoy Pork Cutlet without having to refill it. Next time I come, I'll try Kurobuta pork.
