■Popular restaurant (reservations recommended) ■ Takoyaki is slightly crispy and fluffy ■ Takoyaki and oden made with clam soup stock ■A wide variety of sake ■Open until midnight Around 9:30pm on weekdays. The seats were about half full. There were a lot of counter seats, so it was a comfortable atmosphere for even one person to go. This restaurant's specialty is clam soup stock. The takoyaki and oden made with clam soup are exquisite. There are four types of Takoyaki: salt, sauce, dashi octopus, and green onion soy sauce. This time I ordered green onion soy sauce. The fluffy takoyaki with lots of green onions was really delicious. For oden, I ordered radish and beef tendon. The dish is served nicely with clams. The radish is so soft that you can easily cut it with chopsticks. The beef tendon was melty and very delicious. All of the pastries such as ``conger eel, sardines, and shrimp'' seem to be homemade. I'll order it next time I come. This time I went late, so I was able to sit comfortably. (Last time, it was around 8 pm, and it was full and packed...) It's open until 5 am, so it seems like it would be easy to use as a second restaurant. Everything was delicious!
