If you cross over from Osaka Station towards Hankyu and enter the Hankyu Higashidori Shopping Street, you will find a chaotic atmosphere with many bars lined up, which is one of my favorite places in Osaka, but if you turn onto Ohatsutenjin-dori along the way, it will also become a charming restaurant district. This restaurant is on the corner where you enter Ohatsutenjin-dori. I went in because the all-you-can-drink option was very cheap. Inside, there are many students and young office workers and it is lively. The menu is like a normal Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but the prices and taste are decent. So, the all-you-can-drink option was cheap, so I was satisfied for now.
