一休レストランから予約して行きました。
頂いたのは楓コース1800円とアサヒ熟撰(小)700円です(全て税サ別)。
まず野菜の盛り合わせ、出汁醤油・辛子・ソース・塩が出てきます。お皿の上にバゲットが置かれて、串揚げはこの上に置かれるのですが、バゲットは最後にオリーブオイルと頂く事ができます。
串揚げは順番に天使の海老、胡麻豆腐、黒毛和牛、安納芋、椎茸肉詰め、鱚と三つ葉、薩摩ポークと紫蘇、たこ焼きの8本です。その後にじゃこご飯、赤出汁、漬物、デザートはりんごのソルベでした。
パン粉がものすごく細かくて、串揚げというよりはフリッターを食べているような感覚でした。どれも非常にクオリティが高く、特に胡麻豆腐とたこ焼きが私は気に入りましたが、全体的にポーションは小さめでした。
本当はラーメンとのコラボの時に行ってみたかったのでまたやって欲しいです^_^。
