銀杏に来ました。定食が結構豊富なようです。
お野菜はあまりとれません。此方ですが呼び込みの方々がみんなお年を召したマダム達でして
口をそろえて美味しいよ！というので来てみました。
美味しいはおいしいのですがビジネス街にあった野菜もとれるようなランチではなく
炭水化物過多っぽく頂ける。そんな感じです。
小生が注文したものはおかずこそ種類豊富ですが、蕎麦に米で炭水化物ノックアウトです。
昼からは超眠たいですね。美味いは美味い。マダムの昼の談笑にはよいかな。
お仕事頑張らなきゃ・・・。
