阪急線の梅田駅から茶屋町方向に徒歩で2～3分。
ビルの2Fにある居酒屋さんです。
知り合いから新しくお店が出来ているので行ってみようと誘われての利用です。
席は普通のテーブル席タイプと仕切りのあるいわゆる半個室タイプ等がありました。
まだ出来て間もないお店ということもあって全体的に綺麗です。
料理は鶏の白湯鍋がお勧めだと店員さんが教えてくれたので
鶏の白湯鍋を含む料理7品と飲み放題の付いたコース料理をお願いしました。
まずはプレモル（追加料金+500円でビールを金麦から変更可能）での乾杯。
ドリンク提供は早めでストレスを感じることは終始ありませんでした。
後は適宜料理が運ばれてきます。
7品の内容は、鶏ささみの雲丹ソース和え、鶏皮ポン酢、
出汁茹で枝豆、旬の野菜創作サラダ、厳選鶏の白湯鍋、
かしわ天、鶏出汁の雑炊膳の全7品。
枝豆とサラダ以外は調理法の違いはありますが実質鶏料理なので
鶏肉好きなら味も込みで満足できる内容だと思います。
阿波尾鶏が使われているので普段食べる普通の鶏肉とは
一味違うのがはっきりわかるのも良いですね。
出来立てのお店だったのでどうなる事かと心配もありましたが
接客もしっかりとしたもので終わってみれば楽しい飲み会になりました。
値段も2888+500（税別）と3000円ちょっとなのでコスパも良好。
梅田周辺で綺麗で落ちついた場所で飲みたい時には良いお店だと思います。
