北新地の本通にあります。
ランチ時はいつもいっぱいで売り切れのお店です。
ことごとく売り切れの札しか見たことがないです。
今回は少し早い時間にお昼ご飯に行けたので行くことに。
カウンターと４人ほどの個室のお店です。
ヘルシーランチに。
この日は菊芋のポタージュスープです。
クリーミーで熱々で美味しいです。
まだまだ寒い日が続くので温かいスープが出るのは嬉しいです。
しかも作り置きではなく注文が入ってから作られるという。
蕗味噌、茄子の揚げ煮びたしに鰊、菜の花のカラシ和え、里芋とこんにゃくのグラタン、サーモンのマリネ、穴子、蒸し鶏のサラダとおこわです。
凄い春のお皿です。
蕗味噌、美味しかったです。
下がお豆腐なのでちょうどいい味になります。
ご飯は焼きおにぎり。
おこわをフライパンで焼いて。
表面のカリッです。
シェフと少しお話もして。
ごちそう様でした！！！
