ランチTimeは直ぐに売切れる32品目のヘルシーランチが有名です。12時半過ぎに連絡しても売切れましたの日々でしたが、遂に！大丈夫との事で念願の突撃致しました♡
北新地駅より徒歩2分の場所にある幸ビル2Fにあります。
先ずは出てくるお茶がルイボスティー！体質改善効果があるノンカフェインのハーブティー、もうこれだけで健康になった気になります笑笑
『32品目のヘルシーランチ』いただきましたぁ〜！
先ずは
☆空豆の冷たいポタージュ･･･いきなり美味しい！火照った身体が癒されます。
メイン左側より岡山県新見地方の特産品！紫山の芋が豆腐の上にのっており、おろした時から桜の色をしているとの事。黒い器に淡竹で作った自家製メンマ、茄子とヤングコーン季節の野菜の炊き合わせ、マカロニグラタン、豆腐入りのヘルシーハンバーグ、サラダに鱧のエスカベッシュ（和風の南蛮漬け）、マリネサーモン、鶏肉はレモン風味し、低温調理した料理が並びます。
お茶碗に洋風のおこわW(`0`)W黒豆の和風おこわとは違います！
☆豆腐、紫山の芋かけ･･･紫蘇の風味？！食わず嫌いの山芋ですが、こちらはトゥルッといただけました。山芋の食感よりモチッとした弾力がある感じで豆腐に合います。
☆淡竹で作った自家製メンマ･･･中華風？！こちらのメンマはアメマを超えます。
☆茄子とヤングコーン季節の野菜炊き合わせ･･･茄子は絶妙に柔らかく、ヤングコーンは甘味が素晴らしい。
☆マカロニグラタン･･･チーズの下にマカロニ、その下にはなんと！目玉焼き(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))♡筍の食感のアクセントもあり、見た目はシンプルですがまさに逸品でございます。
☆豆腐入りヘルシーハンバーグ･･･柔らかく、フワッとしてます。こちらには白ご飯がほしくなります笑。家でもこういうハンバーグなら病み上がりのギャルソンヌには最高ですね。
☆サラダ･･･新鮮な野菜が本当に美味しい！低温調理の鶏肉はしっとり、鱧が野菜と見事に調和してあっという間に完食！野菜嫌いな私でも笑顔になる感じでした。
