3人でランチしたが それぞれ違う器の色合いｷﾚｰ
並べたかったがカウンター席だったので個別に撮影
見た目の美しさで食べる前からアゲアゲ(♥Ü♥)↑↑
野菜を中心とした料理構成で和食とフレンチの融合
バランス良く色んな野菜がテンコ盛りで飽きない味
肉は含まれずハンバーグも豆腐製でヘルシーメニュー
サラダには海藻もたっぷり含まれ味付けは天然出汁
添加物なの余計な味がしないから安心して食べられる
おにぎりが1つ付いているのは和食の｢おこわ｣を
フレンチ風にアレンジ キノコの風味で優しい出汁に
フライパンで熱して外側はカリカリで( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
食感も見事だし 味わいも優しくてカラダも喜ぶ❤️
普段からご飯大盛りだが 不思議と満腹感が得られる
野菜たっぷりで炭水化物も少なめなヘルシーランチ
カラダも喜ぶランチで健康志向が強い人にはお勧め
ランチ最終入店は13時まで 予約も可能ですよ(^ω^*)
