北新地駅から徒歩2分くらい。30年以上ホテルで研鑽された（ちょっと無愛想な（笑））シェフが作る和食とフレンチを融合させたお料理が楽しめるお店です。食べログ☆3.52の高評価店◎
12時OPENとの事で、土曜日12時少し前に予約無しで入店。個室一部屋とカウンター席が8席位とこじんまりとしてます。先客は2組様、我々の入店直後でしたが、満席とお断りされてました。予約か早めの入店じゃないと難しいかもしれません。
オーダーを聞かれる事無く、「32品目のヘルシーランチ」1,100円。
提供されたお茶は「どくだみ茶」。
いきなりヘルシーです。
スープにもお豆やら野菜が結構入っていて、ヘルシー。
大きなプレートには、お野菜たっぷり。
サラダチキンや小魚のフライがトッピングされていていますが、ドレッシングか美味しい◎
プレートには、野菜中心の小皿が4つ。
種類が多いのも嬉しいです。
ご飯は洋風おこわ。バターが効いた赤飯って感じです。
最終感想としては、
お野菜中心＆品数豊富が良いです。
1品1品が中々の美味しさで高評価も納得です。
再訪アリの素敵なお店とシェフでした。
