大阪市北区 北新地「しょくさい 花器楽」さん
JR東西線「北新地駅」から南へ徒歩1分の「しょくさい 花器楽」さんへお伺いさせていただきました。
土曜日の午前中にヒルトンホテルに用事があったので、その後に北新地でランチをいただこうと思い事前予約して訪問。
ランチは1日4組（8名）だけなので予約は必須です。※6人用の個室が奥にありましたがランチでは使われていないようです。
店内は広くはありませんが、清潔感があり落ち着きある大人の隠れ家和洋食懐石という感じです。
事前に「ヘルシースペシャルランチ 4品」（2200円税込み）を予約していました。
コース内容
岡山県新見産野菜中心の和惣菜5品。
「アンティパスト（前菜）」「鮮魚のカルパッチョ」「揚げ物（海老グラタン）」「ヘルシーハンバーグ（ひじき豆腐バーグ）」「サラダ」「ご飯物」「デザート」
全体的に和野菜が多くヘルシー感が強く感じられる料理で、しかもひとつひとつに手間暇をしっかりかけて作られた料理です。
「前菜」だけで5品目、全てが個性的でしかも美味しいです。
わからない食材については店主様からしっかりと丁寧に説明していただけ、内容が分かった状態で味わって食べられたのがよかったです。
「つるむらさき」とか教えていただけないと全くわからないまま食べることになりますからね（笑）
「海老グラタン」の中のズッキーニや「ご飯」にはバター、黒豆、椎茸が使われていてなかなかの美味。
「デザート」のコーヒーゼリーのキャラメルムースも美味しかった！
お冷が「ルイボスティー」だったのもポイント高いです。
30年間ホテルで修業を積んできた店主が日本の食材と和食器の良さを再認識し、フレンチの技法と和食の融合を実現した逸品。
