The first store I visited. I thought it was a private room, but the four of us ended up at a counter, and that's it! However, it turned out to be a very good restaurant with a good time including the food and conversation with the owner. Japanese fish shops, French cuisine dishes, Meat Dishes, delicious sauces, etc. are very detailed and meticulous, and even as a eater, it's exciting and stimulating (^^)/ Japanese obanzai-type dishes go well with alcohol, Manganji chili peppers, I had the fish dish, the sauce, and the nickname for the fish, both of which were excellent and extremely delicious♪ The beef was easy to eat, and the high-quality fat was present, and the sauce was not sticky, making it a timeless sauce that makes you want to eat the next one. It's a French cuisine technique that makes it visually appealing by adding powder, but it's really delicious. The thing that surprised me the most here was the grilled rice Onigiri, which were super delicious♪ It was served as a one-piece course with an indescribable flavor, but I wanted to eat as many of them as I could lol. I was able to listen carefully to the owner's explanations of the dishes and his specialties, and it looked scary. But he was a very kind person. Thank you for the meal (^_-)-☆
