久しぶりに会う友人との
食事でお伺いしました。
夜景の見えるボックス席で
まずはドリンクをオーダー。
ワインも豊富にあるので、
お酒好きの方にも嬉しいですね。
今回オーダーしたのは
その日のお店のおすすめ
鎌倉野菜のオムレツ
鎌倉ハンバーグ240g
ポルチーニ茸のソース
牡蠣のグラタン
以上3品です。
鎌倉野菜のオムレツ
蕪など数種類の鎌倉野菜が
サイコロ状にカットされている
スペイン風のオムレツです。
野菜の甘味が感じられる優しい味ですが
玉子が少し焼きすぎのような気がしました。
鎌倉ハンバーグ
お店の看板メニューでもあるハンバーグ。
240gなので少し大きめでした。
表面はしっかり焼かれていますが
中はレアの状態です。
カットした時の肉汁もすごいですが
一口食べたときの、肉を食べてる！
と感じさせてくれる旨味があり
美味しかったです。
牡蠣のグラタン
牡蠣入りというところ以外は
いたってシンプルなくグラタン。
ただ、牡蠣の臭みが若干出ていて
個人的には好きではなかったです。
梅田の夜景も見れるいいところなので
ハンバーグはまた食べにきたいです。
