カプサイシンで食欲増進！体温上昇の冬真っ盛り
唐辛子に含まれる栄養素カプサイシンは、血行がよくなり代謝にもいい。特製和風と銘打たれた日本人向けのスンドゥブランチ。ピリ辛の後味はしばらく残るけど、なるほど辛すぎずですね。豆腐、豚肉、貝、卵黄、きのこ、野菜･･･どれもスープが活きてくる素材、特別なものはなくても美味しく食べられました。こう寒い日だと暖を取れる料理って最高ですね。690円（税込）･･･ごはん大盛り無料で小鉢付き。窓からの光に照らされて店内はとても明るい。内装の白基調も照明のかわりになってます。フィーリングの合う食器やインテリアで食べるのは、より美味しく食べる秘訣。清清しい気持ちになれそうですね。名物二色鍋 かん菜

ずらりと並ぶ韓国料理の片隅にあったチキンランチ。よく見ると、プレーン、ヤンニョム、ニンニク醤油、おろしポン酢、甘辛ペッパー、スパイシーと全部チキンの味変化。これだけの種類を編み出す術には脱帽しますよね。今回は基本のプレーンにしたけど、ここから生み出される沢山の味わいは正にマジック。韓国風、中華風、和風、西洋風何でもござれがとってもパワフルでグッド。選べるチキンと炊きたてご飯、お味噌汁、2種類のおばんざい、旬菜サラダがセットになって中々にお得。プレーンのお味はと言うと、衣がザックザク食感で、中身は鶏らしさのある味わい。プレーンだけに鶏の旨味が際立ってます。それに、付け合わせ野菜って普通大人しめだけど、この旬菜サラダは、おまけ程度じゃないですよ。ザックザクとシャキシャキが絶妙なコンビネーションを生み出してる。梅田韓国料理と二色鍋 かん菜
