北新地周辺で泊まる予定があり、オシャレな鉄板焼き屋さんを発見！初めて訪問しました。
まず、店構えがオシャレ。入り口のお店の表記を見て、「あれ、お好み焼きと焼きそば食べられるんだよね？」と、一瞬不安にw
カウンター席でしたが、イケオジマスターたちが焼いている姿を堪能しながら、ワインを注文。
グラスワインは赤、白、それぞれ3本ずつ用意されており、説明もめちゃくちゃ丁寧。全てイタリアのワインでしたが、おいしかったです！
料理も色々おいしかったのですが、焼きそば細麺は、焼きそばの概念が変わりました、何これめちゃくちゃうまい…！！焼きそばって実は高級料理なのか…！？焼き方、ソース、色々こだわっていらっしゃいました。
イケオジマスターたちとの会話も楽しませていただき、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
大阪北新地周辺に行く時には、また行きたいと思います！
