2020年11月。日曜日のランチタイム。
友人を誘って、茶屋町にある『タイハーブレストラン
ソムタム by クワンチャイ』さんへ。
（NU茶屋町の8Fにあります。）
12時からの予約で入店し、窓際のテーブル席へ。
今回は土日限定のランチプレートをお願いしました♪
ではパクチーサワーで乾杯～
頂いた内容は以下になります。
◯パクチーサワー 580円（税抜）
☆ランチプレート バンコク 1200円（税抜）
メイン＋ライス＋スープ＋春雨＋オプション２品の
コースになります。メイン・ライス・オプションは
数種類の中から選択する形になります。
・メイン：カオマンガイ＆蒸し鶏ご飯
・スープ：トムヤムスープ
・サラダ：春雨サラダ
・オプション2品：マッサマンカレー・パッタイ
※オプションは同じ品なら90分間おかわり可。
カオマンガイもトムヤムスープもマッサマンカレーも
優しい味わいで、とても食べやすいです。
（日本人向けに仕上げてくれているのかな？）
一部おかわりも出来るし、ボリューム的にも満足。
店内も広々としていて、ゆったり食事できるのですが
気になった点は、スタッフが少なすぎて、オーダー時
なかなか捕まらない事かな～。かなり広いお店なので
フロアスタッフ2～3名では可哀想な気も。
フロアスタッフがスープを入れたりプレートの仕上げ
を手伝っていたので、キッチン内のスタッフも少ない
のかもしれませんね～
（接客自体はとても丁寧でした！）
あとプレートメニューは小さな注釈付きが多く、少し
わかりづらかったので、昼間はビュッフェに絞るとか、
メニューをもう少しだけコンパクトに纏めてくれると
有難いかも。
