We visited NOUVE, a French Restaurants in Kitashinchi, Osaka, which is well-known to those in the know. The chef may have a tough face, but he was very upbeat and full of humor! I instantly became a fan (lol) He's definitely my favorite perverted chef♪ I was proud to say that he did a great job, being able to use high-quality ingredients at will. Moreover, this is a 5000 yen course. This must be a big deficit lol. But we will continue to provide the best French cuisine with the chef's philosophy and aesthetics.
