梅田、豚匠✨
堂島に位置する豚しゃぶのお店。関西圏で多店展開されています。今回は平日夜に訪問
注文したのは
・月コース飲み放題付(5500円)
です✨
コース内容は以下
・鯛のお造り
・ヒレカツ〜自家製月見ポン酢〜
・豚バラと白菜のミルフィーユせいろ蒸し
・お出汁の豚しゃぶ
・〆の徳島産半田麺
・季節のシャーベット
●鯛のお造り
最初に刺身があるのは個人的に非常に嬉しいです✨醤油もありましたがせっかくなのでワサビと塩で。これだけでビール数杯空けました(笑)
●ヒレカツ
うって変わって一気にがっつり系に。そのままでも十分美味しいですが、月見ソースがあるので卵黄に絡めて頂きます。揚げたてで熱々で非常に美味でした✨
●豚バラと白菜ミルフィーユ
その名の通り綺麗なミルフィーユ状になったものを蒸したもの。びっくりしたのですが、この上からグレープフルーツを絞って食べる食べ方でした
香り良く滑らかな味わいに変化するということで、試しましたがびっくりするくらい食材にマッチしており違和感なく完食✨
●お出汁のしゃぶしゃぶ
メインのしゃぶしゃぶ。豚のバラとロースにつくね、たっぷりの野菜がついてきなす
基本出汁そのままで食べますが、ポン酢もあるのでお好みで。ロースもバラもうっすら赤みが残った状態が食べ頃。どちらもほんのり甘く美味しかったです
〆は半田麺という麺で素麺の太いバージョンの麺で出汁を残さず頂きました。
場所はそれぞれが個室で高級感のある佇まい。周りを気遣わずゆっくりと食事ができます。料理も造りから肉料理、しゃぶしゃぶ、〆、デザートとボリュームありながら、飲み放題もあるのでコスパ良く使い勝手が良いお店だと思います
