全体的に美味しくいただきました。
私が1番気に入った料理は、イタリア産キャビアと雲丹の食べ比べブルスケッタ風です。
雲丹は非常に甘く美味しかったです。
キャビア自体もあまり塩気も素材の良さが出ていたと思いました。
スープもコーンをふんだんに使い無駄な味付けをしないという素材独特の甘みが出ていて美味しかったです。
お肉はシャートーブリアンという事でしたがこれはごくごく普通でした。
締めのパスタは、ペペロンチーノを選んだのですがオリーブオイルの味しかしなかったのが少し残念でした。
もう少し塩気と鷹の爪の辛味も程々に欲しかったです。
後は、全体的にまとまっていたと思います。
