激戦区の駅前ビルでランチを物色、
人気のお店は何処も長蛇の行列です。
以前より気になっていた大塩さんのカウンターに空きを発見し、吸い込まれるように入店。
お得感のある「穴子天定食」と生ビール、追加で半熟卵をオーダー、生ビールと定食セットが到着し、いよいよ天ぷらとご対面。
前半は野菜と竹輪、どれも美味しく特に蓮根が食感最高でした。
後半は鶏と魚、海老に穴子とクリーンアップが登場！
ご飯がべちゃべちゃだったのが残念でしたが、美味しく頂きました。 本来なら白ワインといくらカナッペを追加したかったんですが、椅子が高いのとランチの時間帯でバタバタしており、落ち着かなくて断念。
次は時間をずらしてお邪魔します。
