大阪駅ルクア内にあるお店です。
大阪市内でランチのタイミングを逃してしまい、通し営業されているこちらのお店へ！！
以前は関東だけだったけど、今は大阪でもちらほらみかけるようになりましたね。
入口の券売機で食券を購入（現金払いのみ）
券売機には、「だし茶漬け」「肉うどん」「サイドメニュー」の３つのカテゴリーがあります。
「だし茶漬け」の種類は、
鯛、炙り明太子と高菜、小海老・小柱・磯天・釜揚げしらすと南高梅、
山形だしと湯葉ちりめん、鮪の漁師風、奄美大島鶏飯風、焼鮭といくらの親子、
冷や汁（宮崎郷土料理）などがあります。
季節限定は、ぶり柚子胡椒。
肉うどんは、トッピングに温泉卵、青菜、キツネなど、
サイドメニューは、ころっけ、竜田揚げ、ミンチカツなどなど。
だし茶漬けは、2種類を選べる「ハーフ＆ハーフ」もあります。
■ だし茶漬け（ハーフ＆ハーフ）（1200円）
お茶漬けには、おかずがついています。
この時は、ひじき・青菜・冷ややっこ。
メニューから好きなものを2種類選びます。
・ぶり柚子胡椒
・小海老 小柱 磯天 を選択
食券購入時にご飯の量（小・並・大）を選べるので小を選びました。
トッピングもプラスできるので、釜揚げしらす（100円）を追加。
急須に入った出汁を好きなだけお茶碗にかけていただきます。
ぶりはお刺身状態が適度にレアな状態に☆
天ぷら類は揚げ置きなのでアツアツではないけど、お出汁をかけていい感じに！
ちょこっとさらさらとあっさりいただくのにいいですね♪
