ある日曜の15時過ぎ
昼を過ぎてもこのフロアの飲食店はどこも混雑
当店を覗くとカウンターが少し空いてたので訪問
まずタッチ式の券売機で券を購入
席を選ぶと
スタッフがチケットを取りに来てくれた
税込み
鶏飯小850円(普通サイズもこの値段)
席に着き、荷物を置いて、水を一口飲んだところですぐ運ばれてきた
あまりにはやくてちょっとびっくり
奄美大島の鶏飯風丼
副菜二品と豆腐付き
蒸し鶏を割いたもの
錦糸卵
しば漬け
椎茸煮
青菜
蒸し鶏がしっとりして出汁とご飯ととてもよく合う
甘辛い椎茸煮や漬け物、錦糸卵など他の具も、
大きさ、味付けなどバランスがいい
そしてなんといっても出汁が美味しい
昆布、いりこ、宗田節、鯖節、鰹節の出汁に
鶏がらスープを混ぜ、酒、味醂、白醤油、焼き塩で味をつけているのだそう(HPより)
このあっさり&旨味たっぷりの出汁が、アツアツで急須にたっぷり入っているのが嬉しい
米はお茶漬けに合う粘り気の少ない国産米を使用しているとのことで、さらさらといただける
軽く食事しようと思って入店したが
サイズ小でもお腹いっぱい
満足度の高いお茶漬けだった
