肉料理に特化しており すき焼きを全面的に
推しているので すき焼き定食を注文する
通常のすき焼き定食は2,100円で提供だが
黒毛和牛A5ランク(4,180円)が目に留まり注文
お昼から豪勢なすき焼きランチを楽しく事に
○すき焼き定食 黒毛和牛A5ランク(4,180円)
1人用の鉄鍋に具材を入れて煮込むすき焼きだが
あらかじめ鍋･出汁は熱々の状態で仕込んであり
牛肉は生の状態で後入れされてて 沸き立ちが早い
レアで食べたい人にも丁度良い煮込み具合に出来る
砂糖と醤油で具材を煮込む関西のすき焼きとは違い
たっぷりの割り下の関東風(？)の煮込みすき焼き
砂糖が控えめで甘みよりも出汁が際立っていて
たっぷり野菜は時間をかけて煮込んでも濃くならず
すき焼きにも好みがあると思うが 1人用には最適✨
ただ肉質を値段相応かと聞かれると高すぎる
黒毛和牛ならではのドロッとした甘みは感じず
赤身肉の旨みは濃厚とは言えず(´・ω・｀)
個室での食事なので価格が高いのは仕方ないのかな
会食などの用途には最適かと思いますね(^ω^*)
