引き戸の滑りもよく近江鶏の専門店
なぜチューリップと言うのか大体想像つくけど、要はカタチ～骨付きです。ところが、子供の頃から苦手なんです。手が汚れるし、食べにくいし、身が残っちゃうし。料理を出されたとき最初に思ったのは「しまったぁ」という…。でも、ビジュアルは最良クラスと気を取り直し…見事なまでの揚がりっぷりに感動。色つや大きさどれを取っても全く問題なさそう。でも、私的なチューリップ問題。実は骨もパリッとしてるから、箸でつまんで食べられるし、肉の離れも良くて…なんだかんだ食べやすい。手も汚れないし、骨だけ残せてメチャいいじゃん。奥深い味わいを熱々のうちに腹の中へ。パリッとジューシーな揚がりっぷりを堪能できますよ。少し添えられてる野菜の彩りは無造作にみえて、とても繊細な口当たり。レモンもそうだけど、まるで４Ｋテレビを見てるような色合い。定食はご飯と味噌汁がおかわり自由…ときたら得々メニュー。いろいろと味わえたひるごはん。炭焼地鶏 近江

鶏の唐揚げが絶品だったので今度は丼をいただきました。丼に具を移すとき厨房で見えたとろり具合に期待が膨らむ。見るからにトロトロ玉子がご飯を覆いつくしてますね。ちょっと下を覗いてみれば、これまたご飯が汁だくでヒタヒタ。こういう時はスプーンかなと思うでしょ？お箸で食べられるのは不思議。700円の親子丼定食はサラダと味噌汁、小鉢に漬物とお得感満載。それにしても玉子トロトロ、鶏肉プリプリ、美味い出汁に惚れ惚れ。「とろとろ玉子、ぷりぷり地鶏、汁だくご飯」と覚えましょう。炭焼地鶏 近江
