この日はお蕎麦を食べにこちらのお店に。以前は居酒屋が入居していた区画で、当時、会社の同僚と懇親会に利用したことがあります。
12時半過ぎにお店に到着。お店は1階から3階までの3フロアで、2階のカウンターに案内していただきました。シックな内装で客層は女性が大半です。サービスランチから海老天盛り蕎麦を注文しました。
蕎麦茶を飲みながら待っていると海老天盛り蕎麦が到着。ざる蕎麦と天ぷら、炊き込みご飯のセットです。
蕎麦は十割蕎麦。お店のおすすめに従って、先ずはそのまま、続いて塩でいただきます。塩でいただくと蕎麦の味が引き立つように感じます。その後、ワサビを蕎麦に乗せて蕎麦つゆで。蕎麦つゆは辛くないので、蕎麦をたっぷり浸して手繰ります。
天ぷらは海老が2尾、タマネギ、カボチャ、シシトウ、オクラ、海苔。衣は薄めで油も食材も良いものを使っているように思います。海老の尻尾は外してありましたが、頭まで香ばしく揚げられていて美味しくいただきました。
炊き込みご飯は上品な薄味で、具材は鶏肉、揚げ、ゴボウ。大、中、小が選べるので大にしましたが、天ぷらのボリュームがありますので、お腹いっぱいになりました。
食事が終わると蕎麦湯を用意してもらえます。蕎麦つゆに蕎麦湯を合わせていただきました。店内の雰囲気、料理の質共に良く、お酒を飲みながらの利用にも良さそうなお店でした。
